2025-2026 Season LAUNCH!

For the first time ever, the Kirkland Concert Band is proud to launch a full season of 4 Dessert Concerts – a series that promises to be as exciting and delicious as it is musical! Each performance will also be a food drive, supporting our local West Island communities while we share the joy of live music.

Enjoy one concert at a time – or save 15% with a season subscription to all four!

4 FOOD DRIVE “DESSERT” CONCERTS  
The concerts are followed by a reception, and we also collect non-perishable food donations for local food banks.

Raffle winner conducts band!

Diane, who won the KCB raffle at our “Winter Rhapsody” concert, got a chance to conduct the band playing the Hallelujah Chorus and she did great!

REMEMBRANCE -November 8th @ Cedar Park United church

Celebrate the power of music to uplift and inspire at our Remembrance Concert. Enjoy a vibrant evening featuring the swinging sounds of Glenn Miller, timeless melodies from South Pacific, and the rich harmonies of Holst’s Second Suite for Military Band. These favourites, along with other spirited selections, honour courage, resilience, and hope. After the concert, share in a warm community dessert reception. Guests are invited to bring non-perishable food donations to support the local food bank.

May 10 – Mother’s Day Dessert Concert & Food…

Don’t miss this chance to create beautiful memories this Mother’s Day as you experience the magic of music (followed by delicious desserts), courtesy of the Kirkland Concert Band (aka KCB Orchestra). We’re still in the process of choosing our theme & repertoire for this one, but we’re thinking about: all things Spring and pastoral.  The countryside, the outdoors, the seasons (spring and summer).  We’re working on it!  Stay tuned.

The concert AND the reception are both WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE so come one and come all! And we ask our audience to please bring a non-perishable food donation for the On Rock food bank. THANK YOU!

Spring Concert @ St. John Paul II

Springtime is here and with it we bring many familiar melodies! And if you missed our Mother’s Day concert, here is the reprise. FREEWILL DONATION.  We thank you for your support. Without it, we could not do what we do! 💜

Join the KCB at St. John Paul II parish in Lachine for an afternoon of pleasant tunes and perhaps if the weather is good, a walk on the waterfront afterwards.  The church is right next to the walking path at the beginning of the Lachine canal that goes through some lovely parkland.  Make a day of it! The beauty of music, and the beauty of nature! 

We also pay tribute to our late friend and former band member Jacques Girardin, as he is the one who introduced the band to the parish and created a wonderful friendship.
